About Daffitto Oshiage I

Built a year ago, a “zero-baggage” 1LDK complete with a smart monitor

Daffitto Oshiage I was built just a year ago, so the whole space still feels fresh and clean. It comes with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and rice cooker, plus a smart monitor — pack your clothes and laptop and you can settle straight into everyday life the next day. The 1LDK, with one double bed, sleeps up to 4 people. Even a couple of friends or a couple sharing the room shouldn't feel cramped. The living area and bed space are gently separated, so guests won't see more of your daily mess than you'd like!

Auto-lock and security cameras — the freedom to binge shows late into the night

The entrance has an auto-lock and the common areas are covered by security cameras, so you can settle in without feeling on edge even in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Spending a quiet evening streaming something on the smart monitor isn't a bad way to unwind, either. Getting that at-home kind of relaxation while traveling is quietly one of the best things about this place!

The 60-year-old Oshiage Shokudo and Skytree at night, a treat within walking distance

It's a 9-minute walk from Daffitto Oshiage I to Tokyo Skytree Station, and Oshiage Station is within 12 minutes. A FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are just a minute away, so even a late arrival won't leave you stuck. Walk about 3 minutes and you'll find a Maibasuket supermarket, more than enough for simple home cooking. One personal favorite: Oshiage Shokudo, a 60-year-old diner open from morning to night — handy for a meal right after check-in. Head toward Honjo-Azumabashi and you'll find Noguchi Fish Shop, which draws weekend queues, and Soma, a cozy seafood izakaya with an irori hearth — both loved by locals and worth peeking into. Some nights you can even catch the Tokyo Skytree lit up near the building, making it easy to turn an evening stroll into a dinner run.
